Y-VFH-10オーロラン（通称AGAC）のコックピットシステムの完成後、野戦空軍に配備された際に以下のような不具合が見つかった。

1．前面風防の正面ガラスの装甲が脆弱で、敵のバイオロイド射撃で簡単に貫通してしまう。
2． 操縦系統は二重化されていたが、戦災で機体が動かなくなる事故が多発したため、Y-VFH-10の操縦系統を二重×二重により、以前のY-ナンバーに較べて四重化により冗長度を強化する必要があった。

(English) After the completion of the cockpit system of the Y-VFH-10 Auroran (also known as AGAC), the following defects were found when the Y-VFH-10 was deployed in the field air force.

The armor in front of the windshield was so weak that it was easily penetrated by enemy bioroid fire.
2. The control system was dual, but due to the frequent accidents where the aircraft became inoperable due to battle damage, it was necessary to double the redundancy of the YVFH-10 with a quadruple control system.

These deficiencies were corrected in the Block-02 cockpit of this VFH-10B Auroran (also known as AGAC).
